Job Posting
A:
To increase the effectiveness of your job posting, we recommend that you consider the search criteria that job seekers are likely to use when conducting a search. For best results, include multiple relevant keywords in your job description, review the job search category you selected, and include the job's physical address and ZIP Code. We also recommend that you include the salary range for the position you are posting. Salary and job location are considered the two most important factors job seekers consider when applying for a job.
A:
Including the city, state, and ZIP code of the job being posted is an effective way to connect with job seekers who use distance as part of their job search criteria.
A:
To control responses and for added security, we recommend that you do not include an email address within your posting. When you post your job, you will choose a contact method that’s right for you. Your choices are described below.
Candidates apply online and are managed using my BorelHealth account — Job seekers will apply on BorelHealth and your responses will be forward to you using the email address you have provided. Your email address will not be included on your posting. Choosing this method allows you to screen incoming resumes and manage candidates online.
Candidates contact me directly — Candidates can contact you either at the provided phone number, fax number, mailing address, or email address. The email address provided in the Email Address field will not be displayed to the candidate. In order to apply to your job directly through email, candidates click an “apply by email” button.
A:
To renew a job posting, click Renew under the Option menu on your My BorelHealth page, available under Jobs Listed.
A:
When job seekers view job search results, the job title and the first part of the job description are included in the job posting summary. If you are hiring for a specific shift and want that information to be readily apparent to prospective candidates, you can either include it in the job title (Registered Nurse – Night Shift) or in the job description (We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift position …)
