Option 1: For a permanent hire, our placement fee is only 8% of the candidate's monthly salary due every 30 days from the candidate's start date for 12 consecutive months (i.e., 12 monthly payments). If the candidate quits or is terminated for any reason during that 12 month period, you simply notify BorelHealth and stop making monthly payments.

Example: Candidate is hired at a $78,000/yr base salary or $6,500/mo. Our fee is $6,500 X .08 = $520/mo for 12 months
Option 2: For a permanent hire, our placement fee is only 5% of the candidate's monthly salary due every 30 days from the candidate's start date for 24 consecutive months (i.e., 24 monthly payments). If the candidate quits or is terminated for any reason during that 24 month period, you simply notify BorelHealth and stop making monthly payments.

Example: Candidate is hired for $78,000/yr base salary or $6,500/mo. Our fee is $6,500 X .05 = $325/mo for 24 months

Other recruiting firms and staffing agencies

Typically, the "placement fee" most firms charge ranges anywhere from 15% to 25% of the candidate's annual base salary due in full after 30 days of the candidate's start date. Many firms will also offer a 30 to 90 day "placement guarantee" entitling you to a full or partial refund if the candidate you hire quits or is terminated within the guarantee period. So what happens if the candidate you hire quits or is terminated after that guarantee period has expired? You're out of luck and out of a lot of money. Compare the following scenarios:
